This is extremely kind and generous of you. Thank you for all the blog post, and your continued generosity. It is people like you who make the JMT so special.
Ray, love the blogs and pics, thank you. I am curious how many people who are hiking the entire JMT take the time to climb half Dome? Living in Atlanta I don’t get that much time out west and it seems like I should take the time to do so and would love your opinion as well as any of your readers. Also, would you leave your pack anywhere in particular?
Thank you for these, Ray. I’m changing the wallpaper on my phone as we speak. My JMT trip was in September 2013 and I miss it.
Hope you enjoy them, Jo, and thanks for the comment.

That’s a great question, Richard. Take a look at this: http://jmtbook.com/hiking-half-dome/. Thanks for the comment.
Love the pictures. Hope to take some myself one of these days. Your book has been a tremendous help. How many times have you thru hiked JMT?
The whole thing twice…segments more times than I can count. Thanks, Mike, for the kind words regarding the book!
